Here, we developed a Tumor online Prognostic analyses Platform (ToPP), which integrated multi-omics (mutation, CNV, gene fusion, DNA methylation, mRNA, miRNA, lncRNA, and protein expression) and clinical data of 55 tumor types from TCGA, ICGC and CPTAC data portal. It provides multiple ways for prognostic analyses, which includes univariate analysis, multivariate analysis, subgroup survival analysis, prognostic modeling, pan-cancer survival analysis, combination analysis from public datasets, and it also allows users to upload their own data for prognostic analyses.

ToPP aims to provide more convenient and reliable prognostic analysis services for tumor researchers with no login requirement.

  • Release 2020v1.2 : Collected multi-omics data and clinical data of 41 tumors in ICGC.
  • Release 2020v1.1 : Collected the MS proteomics data in Breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), Colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), Ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV) and Rectum adenocarcinoma (READ) from CPTAC.
  • Release 2019v1.0 : Construct the basic analysis tools of the webserver and add the multi-omics data and clinical data of 33 tumors in TCGA.
