Usage instructions

Our tool can be used to predict the immunogenicity of both antigen and neoantigen.

1. For antigen, 11297 experimental IEDB epitopes were used for training, involving nine main HLA supertypes. We recommend using peptide of length 8-12 AAs but not less than 8 AAs. N-terminal, position 2, C-terminal are deemed as anchoring sites by default.

2. Neoantigen prediction modeling requires the providing of wild type sequence at the same time to extract mutation associated characteristics, and currently only immunogenicity prediction for neoantigens of single amino acid mutations are supported.

3. Predictive score value greater than 0.5 is suggested as Positive-High (immunogenicity), the score between 0.4-0.5 is suggested as Positive-Low, the score less than 0.4 is suggested as Negative-High. Examples can be clicked to test it.

Notes:Please make sure that HLA subtype matches and binds to your peptide(%rank<2), and our prediction is accurate only at %rank<2. In mismatched HLA(%rank>2), % rank value difference may strongly influence the accuracy of the results and the prediction results will be 'HLA_no_binding'.
